Mr Paul Arnott (investor director) and CEO comes from a background of twenty five years in consumer goods manufacturing in the tobacco and confectionery industries.  He has held a variety of senior positions both in the U.K., Europe and overseas, concentrating on start-up and turnaround situations.

He has overseen the implementation of business growth strategies through product development and successful launches.  His appointment is from the Fleming / Imperial Innovations LLP.
